Responsibilities
● Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling community events.
● Maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval of documents.
● Draft, Edit, and format letters, reports and presentations using Microsoft office.
● Organize and coordinate appointments, including preparing information needed to conduct an efficient appointment.
● Assist with the planning and execution of company events, from local to out of state events.
● Input, update, and maintain data in a company database and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy.
● Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring compliance with company privacy policies and regulations.
Qualifications
● Possess a High School or GED Diploma.
● Previous experience in an administrative role or office management.
● Certification in office administration or a related field (e.g Certified Administrative Professional, Microsoft Office Specialist).
● Experience with event planning or project management is a plus
Monday through Friday daylight hours- Full time hours
Starting pay $15 to $17 per hour depending on experience
