The Orthodontics discipline focuses on the treatment of irregularities of the teeth, jaws, and bite relationship in children and adults. *Position Summary:*This position completes a wide variety of tasks that include: checking patients in and out, scheduling new appointments, processing payments from patients, creating and distributing screening packages, answering and processing telephone calls, generating patient/doctor letters, receiving mail, answering questions and numerous other clinical and administrative duties as assigned by the department manager and faculty. *Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:*High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work. *Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience:*Ability to convey information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups; ability to adjust language or terminology to meet needs of the recipient. *Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience:*Prior patient care experience preferred.
