If you are creative and committed to helping people, you will love working with us!What’s In It For You?Base salary bonus opportunitiesAdvancement opportunitiesExposure to executive leadershipOpportunity to work with the largest new home builders in IndianapolisTeam outings and company-sponsored volunteer events4 weeks of Paid Time Off!Access to health and life insurance, 401(k), paid parental leave, company discounts, etc.What Will You Be Doing?Timely completion of assigned warranty service requests/orders within the guidelines of company policyFollow up on all warranty requests to vendors/contractors to ensure prompt service to all customersEvaluate all customer complaints and report solutions to The Director of Warranty/Customer Care, documenting reoccurring issues in the customer care systemKeep all request up to date with dates, descriptions, proper codes and vendorsConduct all customer meetings with the utmost respect and professionalismRecommend changes that will improve processesMonitor and respond to email and voice messages dailyBe the customer company spokesperson on quality customer relations after closingWhat Will You Bring?Ability to handle stressful customer situations including conflict resolution diplomatically and effectively2 years residential construction experienceExperience in a residential construction customer service role preferred but not a mustBasic computer skillsCustomer oriented, outgoing, dependable & ethicalHands on repair skills and familiarity with residential construction practicesSome small hand tools are required, tool list will be providedProblem solving abilities with excellent follow up skillsAcceptable driving record to meet company requirementsMust be willing to work a schedule of 8AM to 5PM M-FThis is subject to change based on needs or if special circumstances should arrive.Arbor Homes is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
