Delivery Driver - $19/hr, Mon-Fri Day Shift (12077)
AdeccoKey Responsibilities:
Make all deliveries in a safe, professional, and courteous manner.
Support general warehouse duties and contribute to a safe, organized work environment.
Check vehicles for safety and proper maintenance on a daily basis, including insuring proper loading and drivers logs being completed.
Complying with all D.O.T. regulations. Completing all required company and D.O.T. paperwork.
Advise dispatcher of problems or delays as they occur during your delivery run.
Complete all documentation for deliveries including preparation of logs, customer signatures on logs, and out of state mileage logs.
Reporting vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations or damage to the vehicles.
Advise management of problems or delays during your delivery route.
Other duties as assigned by Manager
Qualifications and Skills:
Forklift certification is required in order to be considered.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment.
Must be strongly independent.
Must have a valid driver's license and will be required to obtain a current DOT medical card.
Customer Service Experience and Driving Experience.
Must be able to communicate with all levels of customers, providing excellent customer service.
Typical weekly schedule
Monday – Friday 7:30am- 4:30pm / 8am-5pm ( may vary slightly one start and end timing)
Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
