Job Details Location: Newark Liberty International Airport, NJ Employment type: Full-time Seniority: Senior Level On-site status: On-Site Shift requirements: Weekends, Evening shifts, Holidays, Morning shifts Job No.: 000311 CIBO Expires: Oct 18, 2025 Responsibilities Promote pride, cooperation, and success within the Unit Oversee ordering processes and overall unit budgets Manage cost and sales projections on a weekly basis Ensure cost-effective and efficient staffing; adhere to labor budgets Manage scheduling for managers and crewmembers Provide leadership to managers and crewmembers Maintain high standards for food quality and customer service Direct managers and crewmembers to achieve company standards Administer and follow up on training Define areas of responsibility and deadlines for managers Lead the team toward achieving the Unit’s financial goals Maintain a positive work environment and a workplace free from hazards Lead recruitment of FOH staff Understand crewmember handbook and CBA; communicate OTG policies consistently Oversee CIBO Markets in assigned quadrants Complete other tasks as assigned Qualifications & Requirements A degree in hospitality or culinary field preferred Minimum of 3–5 years senior managerial experience in multi-unit concepts 1–3 years retail experience (convenience store) a plus Proficient knowledge of P&L budgeting and forecasting Strong culinary background and fine dining experience a plus Commitment to customers, crew, co-workers, and management Dependability, personal drive, and leadership; lead by example High integrity, work ethic, and OTG values Ability to train, delegate, coach, and develop crewmembers Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather Compensation Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per year Bonus eligibility Benefits 401K Matching Health Insurance Paid Time Off Additional Information Compensation may differ based on a variety of job-related factors specific to each candidate, including skill sets, experience, education, organizational needs, and market dynamics.
