Position: CDL A TEAM Drivers Wanted – Full-Time (FedEx Ground)

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA

OTR TEAMS – Full-Time (Part-Time Also Available)

Summary:

Full-time CDL-A Team Driver operating FedEx Ground tractor-trailers (automatic trucks, no-touch freight). Drivers must meet all safety and compliance standards while completing OTR team routes efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications:

- Valid Class A CDL

- 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years

- Clean MVR — no accidents or tickets within 3 years

- No felonies

- Ability to pass: Background check, Pre-employment drug test & Clearinghouse screening

- Doubles/Triples endorsement (or willingness to obtain)

- Ability to operate automatic transmission trucks

- Able to follow instructions and complete required training

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Operate tractor-trailer combinations, including doubles and triples (where applicable)

- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections

- Drop & Hook only — No-touch freight

- Complete all required paperwork and logs accurately

- Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, arrivals, and equipment issues

- Comply with all safety regulations, DOT requirements, and company policies

- Maintain professionalism and safe driving practices at all times

Pay & Benefits:

- $2,000/week for drivers within 100 miles of each hub

- $0.82 CPM for drivers willing to stay out 5 weeks on / 1 week home (7–9 days)

- Full-time position (part-time opportunities available)

- Home time varies by route and driver availability

- Work Location: In person
