Under the general supervision of the Assistant Manager of Desktop Support, this is an intermediate level position responsible for following detailed, semi-complex instruction to install, uninstall, upgrade, operate, troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of audio-visual equipment, networking equipment, computer hardware and software and mobile devices. * *Key Responsibilities:* The scope of responsibilities for this position will include but is not limited to the following essential duties: · Follow detailed, semi-complex instructions to install, uninstall, upgrade, operate, troubleshoot and repair audio-visual, networking, telephone equipment, computer hardware and software, and mobile devices. · Provide technical support and training to customers. · Utilize incident response system to track, document and record steps performed to resolve issues. · Perform time reporting, documentation, and other administrative duties. · May train and mentor less experienced co-workers. *Application Deadline:* Applications must be submitted by October 15, 2025 (subject to change without notice). Qualifications *Minimum Hiring Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree and one year of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience. *Preferred Hiring Qualifications: * Preference may be given to applicants who, in addition to meeting the Minimum Qualifications, possess the following: · Working knowledge of various audio-visual equipment, computer hardware, networking equipment and computer software systems. · Demonstrated willingness to learn, and a commitment to professional development and complying with Instructional Innovation and Technology (IIT) and departmental policies and procedures. · Excellent customer service, time management, analytical, and organizational skills. · Ability to multitask, prioritize, use independent judgment, and communicate effectively with internal and external customers using oral and written communication. · Relevant certifications such as A, Apple, Net and ITIL College/Business Unit 10/10/25, 3:59:00 AM *College/Business Unit: *Instructional Innovation & Technology *Location: *Atlanta Campus *Job Posting: *09/15/25, 3:02:28 PM
