Description: Mechanical Air Conditioning Corp is seeking talented part-time lead generators to join our team. What We Offer: $18.50/hour plus commission Weekly pay Paid training No Air Conditioning experience required Work in a national retail home improvement store engaging customers in friendly conversations about Air Conditioning upgrades, maintenances, repairs, indoor air quality and energy savings. You set the appointment and our expert comfort advisors and technicians handle the rest! Stores located in Port St Lucie, Jensen Beach and Stuart Requirements: Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers Friendly, outgoing personality Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift Reliable transportation to/from assigned store Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required) Clean, professional appearance to represent the Mechanical Air Conditioning brand Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings at the Riviera Beach location Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred, but not required Pre-employment background check and drug screen required Must be 18 years of age Mechanical Air Conditioning Corp is an equal opportunity employer.
