We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Nail Technician to join our elite spa team. Position Overview As a Nail Technician at San Ysidro Ranch, you will provide luxurious manicure and pedicure services in a serene, high-end environment. You will ensure each guest receives a personalized, memorable experience, in line with our standards of excellence. Responsibilities Provide professional manicure, pedicure, and nail enhancement services Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and work areas in accordance with state regulations and resort policies Educate guests on nail care, products, and home maintenance Build lasting relationships with guests to encourage repeat business Assist with inventory management and retail product recommendations Uphold the resort's values of hospitality, elegance, and wellness Qualifications Current California State Manicurist or Cosmetology License Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-end or resort spa setting preferred Strong knowledge of nail trends, techniques, and health standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for customer service and guest satisfaction Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Why Join Us?
