Includes generation of analytical reports of facilities operations from the computerized scheduling system, computerized maintenance management software, and SAP with attention to maximizing effectiveness, accuracy, and identification of anomalies to promote efficient Facilities Department event scheduling and management, work order processing, and budget management.Utilizes the campus scheduling software to reserve for use available University Education and General (E&G) spaces/facilities; prepares, completes, and maintains as appropriate facility use agreements (FUA) for non-University users; analyzes and coordinates room setups and support to meet needed grounds, custodial, parking, security services; prepares estimates and contracts; provides background check requirements and directional information, including maps for out of town users; communicates with users and University personnel across departments/campuses to coordinate understanding and execution of request; bills user for executed FUA and co-sponsored events; verifies receipt of payments and completion of internal chargebacks; requires interaction with a variety of constituents.
