Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Rotating weekends

Position Summary
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading maintenance strategy, people, and systems to ensure reliable equipment performance and minimal downtime in a manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with Operations and Engineering to support production goals, improve asset reliability, and maintain a safe, efficient facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop maintenance supervisors and teams to ensure consistent, safe execution of work
  • Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned downtime
  • Implement and sustain best-in-class maintenance systems including TPM, RCM, and root cause analysis
  • Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance activities to support production needs
  • Serve as escalation point for complex equipment and process issues
  • Partner with Engineering to optimize equipment reliability and long-term asset performance
  • Track and analyze maintenance KPIs including downtime, OEE, PM compliance, and reliability metrics
  • Use data to drive continuous improvement and cost control initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements
  • Provide leadership coverage during off-hours or critical operational events as needed

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience leading maintenance teams or supervisors in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge including PLCs, instrumentation, and industrial equipment
  • Hands-on experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • Working knowledge of TPM, RCM, and work order management systems
  • Proficiency with CMMS systems, SAP PM preferred
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
