Sales Director

This is a full-time role for a Sales Director - North America based in Miami, FL. The Sales Director will oversee daily sales operations, manage customer relationships, and lead a team to achieve business development goals. The Sales Director will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying new market opportunities, and exceeding sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Director will work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and company growth. Qualifications Experience in aircraft parts sales. Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively. Proven experience in Team Management and leading a sales team. Expertise in Business Development and identifying new market opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in the aerospace industry (5 years).
