Director of Marketing and Communications Location: Syracuse, NY - Onsite or hybrid with weekly travel to Syracuse Salary: $125,000 to 150,000 per year plus bonus potential Sapphire Recruitment is partnering with a leading redistributor serving customers across numerous states and international markets. As the company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Marketing and Communications to lead brand development, drive multi-channel campaigns, and enhance market presence. Position Overview: This leadership role is responsible for shaping the company’s global marketing strategy, overseeing communications across all channels, and leading a high-performing team. The Director will champion digital transformation, execute innovative campaigns, and position the company as a thought leader in the industry.
