This position involves supporting and training multiple locations with the potential to grow into a multi-unit role. The menu features scratch-made dishes with locally sourced ingredients. The ideal candidate will excel in hiring, staff training, people development, inventory management, and cost control. Responsibilities Manage inventory, P&L, and related systems. Train, coach, and develop hourly team members and managers. Lead the team to deliver high-quality products and impeccable service. Requirements 5 years as a General Manager or Multi-Unit Operator. Solid tenure of 3 years or more. Ability to build relationships with guests, staff, and vendors. Expertise in P&L and daily operations, with a vision for organizational growth. A guest-first attitude and ability to cultivate the same attitude in the team.
