Minimum of 2.5 GPA Strong Clerical Skills Attention to Detail Eligible for Federal Work Study Funding *Preferred:*Experience with any of the primary responsibilities listed reliable, familiar with MS Excel, Outlook, and Word *Staffing Reason:*Work Study *Primary Responsibilities:*This student position will be focused on aspects of customer service within the Registrar’s office up to 20 hours per week. *DUTIES* Receive and route inbound calls. Make outbound calls as directed. Answer emails as needed.Attend to front lobby of the Registrar’s Office as needed Scan documents into Perceptive imaging.Ensure excellent customer service.Assist in routine data entry and general quality control Assist with office supply inventory as needed. *Non-essential: *Other duties as assigned. This position is Security Sensitive. At an elevation of 4,480 feet, and on the periphery of the Chihuahuan Desert, Alpine enjoys mild winters and cool summers.
