Maintain accurate records and documentation, including employee files, production reports, and compliance documents. Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels. Handle internal and external correspondence, including emails and phone calls. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes by scheduling interviews and preparing new hire paperwork. Collect and verify employee timesheets and assist with payroll processing. Support employee relations and coordinate with HR on personnel matters. Act as a liaison between departments such as production, logistics, quality control, and upper management. Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and project tracking. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations. Monitor department budgets, track expenses, and submit reports. Generate reports on productivity, attendance, safety incidents, and other key metrics. Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs as needed. Communicate with vendors, negotiate service contracts, and process related invoices About the Company : CMC of Georgia, Inc. is both an OEM supplier and a custom metal fabricator.
