Key Responsibilities * Answer incoming calls, take messages, and route communication as needed. * Prepare and proofread official correspondence, forms, and emails using Microsoft Word and Excel. * Conduct mail merges and create cover letters for outgoing correspondence. * Obtain and track document signatures, ensuring 100% accuracy and proper formatting. * Log and manage incoming and outgoing documentation using a data tracking system. * Compile data reports and create charts/graphs for internal presentations. * Assist with managing office operations, including handling mail, ordering supplies, and maintaining records. * Support the preparation of payroll, budget tracking, and invoice processing. * Serve as a liaison for internal staff and external contacts, providing excellent customer service. * Assist with public inquiries, prepare memos, respond to emails, and participate in special projects.
