About The Role:Arbor Homes is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources Department. The recruiting responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, pre-screening for experience and necessary qualifications, scheduling onboarding/training, assist HR with employee inquiries and communication for our homebuilding and skilled labor positions.
