What You Need For This Position At least 5 years of: Public Accounting Experience External GAAP Audits For Profit Entities Non-Profit Entities Employee benefit Plan Audits CPA Required Audit Manager Experience Preferred What You Will Be Doing Preparing Financial Statement Audits Reviewing Colleagues' Audit paperwork Working closely with clients as main point of contact Obtaining all necessary information and documents for audit Helping uphold company policies and best practices Overseeing and mentoring junior accountants Benefits Base Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 Work Weeks based on 37.5 hours schedule - anything over is OT (for true-up) 401k Match 5% Employee paid insurance 100% Anthem coverage multiple plans w/ HSA available Dependents at employee's expense $50k Life Insurance Policy on all employees 4 weeks PTO Unlimited sick days Good working culture.
