Key Responsibilities: Adhere to all applicable airworthiness regulations under Part 43 of 14 CFR and company policies. Perform avionics maintenance, modifications, and installations following approved methods and procedures. Operate calibrated tools, test equipment, and systems to meet industry standards. Stay current on applicable maintenance procedures and equipment. Complete necessary documentation, including forms, tags, and job-related paperwork. Report any deviations from airworthiness standards to supervisory personnel. Work with inspection teams to ensure smooth and timely task completion. Provide detailed written and verbal turnovers to maintain workflow continuity. Verify calibration and functionality of precision tools and testing equipment. Follow strict safety protocols and uphold all safety procedures. Use up-to-date technical instructions and maintain a complete set of personal hand tools. Participate in ongoing training and maintain required skill levels. Document all work accurately, ensuring both quality and compliance. Maintain a clean work area and contribute to cross-functional teamwork as needed. Qualifications: Preferably hold a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License with a clean record and recent turbine aircraft experience. Factory or equivalent training on Gulfstream, Falcon, LearJet, Challenger, Hawker, or Citation aircraft is highly desirable. Must have experience working in FAA Part 145 repair stations; familiarity with Part 135 operations is a plus. Inspection Authorization and FCC License are advantageous. Proficient in reading and interpreting aircraft maintenance documentation. Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Minimum five years of aircraft maintenance experience preferred. Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and a commitment to excellence.
