Job Summary: Bilingual Receptionist to work the front-desk and will serve as the first point of contact for a diverse range of visitors, from professional truck drivers to company executives. The primary responsibilities include answering multi-line phone systems, greeting guests, and performing light administrative tasks to ensure smooth front-office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and adaptable, with the ability to interact professionally with people at all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a prompt, courteous manner Greet visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate contact or department Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and handling incoming/outgoing mail Work collaboratively with team members to support day-to-day office functions Qualifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable interacting with individuals ranging from professional drivers to senior-level executives Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Schedule, Compensation, and Opportunity: Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
