Position Highlights * * Remote Nationwide * – Work from anywhere in the U.S. * * Training: * M–F, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST (first 8 weeks) * * Schedule: * 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday; may include rotating weekends * * Benefits: * * Health benefits available after 90 days * 401(k) with company match after 1 year of service Key Responsibilities * Provide clinical support for Medicare Part D members and providers * Handle pharmacy benefit inquiries and authorization requests * Review and process clinical documentation per Medicare guidelines and timelines * Contact providers for additional clinical information * Dispense prescriptions and coordinate clinical services for specialty medications * Conduct drug interaction checks and patient profile reviews * Translate prescriptions and perform compounding as needed * Communicate with members and healthcare providers via phone and mail * Process orders through the External Adjudication (EA) queue * Perform final quality checks on dispensed prescriptions * Follow procedures for quality assurance, security, and hazardous drug disposal Requirements * Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence * Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. * At least 1 year of pharmacy experience (retail or hospital preferred) * High School Diploma or GED * Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel * Ability to maintain 100% attendance for the first 90 days Preferred Qualifications * Familiarity with Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, and Visio * Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills * *Strong* attention to detail and ability to work independently *Ready to advance your career with a Fortune 500 healthcare leader?
