About The Role:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to support our marketing and sales teams by building, customizing, and optimizing our HubSpot platform. If you are creative and committed to helping people, you will love working with us!What’s In It For You?Base salary bonus opportunitiesAdvancement opportunitiesExposure to executive leadershipOpportunity to work with the largest new home builders in IndianapolisTeam outings and company-sponsored volunteer events4 weeks of Paid Time Off!Access to health and life insurance, 401(k), paid parental leave, company discounts, etc.What Will You Be Doing?Manage the company’s CRM platformDevelop and manage Hubspot dashboards and reportsEnsure all customer data is accurately recorded and kept up-to-date in the CRM systemTrain other staff members on the use of the CRM systemConduct regular audits of the CRM system to ensure data integrityAnalyze customer interactions and data within the CRM system to provide feedback and recommendations for improving customer service and sales strategiesWork closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure CRM system supports their needsIdentify and resolve CRM system issuesOptimize and customize existing HubSpot assets including landing pages, emails, and formsBuild and maintain automation workflows, lists, and lead scoring modelsWork with internal and external teams to maintain application integrationsTroubleshoot technical issues and ensure platform performance and reliabilityStay up to date with HubSpot features, best practices, and industry trendsWhat Will You Bring?2 years of experience working with HubSpot or other CRMExperience building custom modules, email templates, and dashboards in Hubspot or other CRMKnowledge of HubSpot workflows, lead nurturing, and marketing automationFamiliarity with APIs and integrating HubSpot with external systemsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred Qualifications:HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CMS for Developers, HubSpot Marketing Software)Background in digital marketing or user experienceTHIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITIONThis is subject to change based on needs or if special circumstances should arrive.Arbor Homes is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
