Volt Worforce Solutions is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a hybrid remote opportunity in OAKDALE, Minnesota 55128. Duties and tasks the Customer Service Support Representative is responsible for include but are not limited to: Scheduling or managing conflicts between customer drop-offs, technician visitations, and other logistical needs to meet schedules and provide quality customer service. Processing and booking work orders for all refurbished products via various systems and procedures. Executing customer quote procedures for all units prior to releasing them back to the customer through data entry into the ticket system, phone calls, email, physical forms, and/or digital correspondence such as chat systems. Checking and preparing reports on delinquent orders to ensure the Return Merchandise Authorizations procedures are compliant with inventory management accuracy. Identification, generation and accurately delivering of barcode serial number labels to production area as per designated process. Coordinating with various department to ensure accurate consistent processing of product from RMA label/requisition creation to closing and transferring orders to field service centers. Other duties or tasks as required. Skills and Experiences Required for Consideration: High School Diploma or GED One year of previous phone and digital customer support/service One year of previous data entry experience using Microsoft applications, preferably for shipping/receiving, quality control, and/or call center reporting. Strong written and spoken communication skills in English Location: Currently WFH/remote Monday and Friday, on-site Tuesday through Thursday the rest of the week at OAKDALE, Minnesota 55128. Please note that this may be subject to change, with less hours in office needed after training for some weeks but days changed or added to in-office schedule during others to accomodate ramp-up of a new project. Pay Rate: $15.36/hr paid every two weeks through Volt/Innova Duration: Scheduled for up to three months contingent through Volt/Innova, with possibility of extension at end of three months depending on candidate performance and client business needs.
