Job description Join our client in Auburn, MA who is scheduling interviews for their Customer Service Team. In this role you will be responsible for answering high volume calls, assisting clients with their request for services as well as answering any questions, comments, or concerns they may have. Skills Requirements: Clear Communication Patience Technical proficiency and understanding of Products/Services Organization Qualifications: Call Center or High-volume of inbound/outbound calls Strong Customer Service Experience preferred General knowledge and use of office equipment and computers Proficient in Microsoft office, Internet, and Email Type 30 WPM Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize Microsoft Office to manage customer data and maintain accurate records. Communicate effectively with clients, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and organizational skills. Assist customers in both English and Spanish, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients. Perform data entry tasks and handle outbound calls as needed to support customer needs. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
