Key Responsibilities: Handle customer calls with professionalism and a focus on solutions. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email. Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Provide knowledgeable support for luxury products. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues. Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary. Collaborate using Slack and GSuite for smooth internal communication. Requirements: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is a plus. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong active listening skills and problem-solving abilities. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Enthusiasm and passion for delivering excellent customer service. Familiarity with CRM systems, Slack, and GSuite is a plus. Willing to relocate to Boynton Beach FL if needed.
