Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Riverside, CA. The Customer Service Representative will handle daily tasks such as addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing information about our services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will interact with customers through various communication channels and work closely with our team to maintain a high level of customer experience. Qualifications Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills Experience in providing excellent Customer Experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work onsite in Riverside, CA Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Previous experience in the real estate or title industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent education; additional qualifications are beneficial
