Customer Service Representative (EV Concierge Representative) Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time (times TBD) Compensation: $18/hour Full Benefits ⚠️Candidate must be available 7 days a week: Mon-Fri 8:00am-12:00am Sat-Sun 9:00am-9:00pm About the Role As an EV Concierge , you’ll be the first point of contact for EV owners and prospects—delivering white-glove service via phone, chat, and email. You’ll answer product questions, assist with reservations, troubleshoot issues, and help customers navigate their EV ownership journey with confidence and care. What You’ll Do Engage with customers via webchat, email, and phone Assist with reservations, service, and dealership coordination Deliver personalized, value-driven solutions to customer concerns ✅ What You Bring 1–2 years of high-volume call center experience (required) Strong communication and typing skills (40 WPM) Education High School Diploma
