We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team and support our sales and sampling operations. About the Role: As a key member of our customer service team, you'll handle a variety of responsibilities supporting our customers and sales representatives. From responding to inquiries and processing sample orders, to sourcing alternate fabrics and helping with new fabric launches, this role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and excited to grow with us.
