Job Description Customer Service Technician Location: Butte, MT Industry: Healthcare Pay: $17 $18/hr Schedule: Mon Fri, 8am 5pm on-call Type: 2-Month Contract with Potential for Long-Term Overview: Join a healthcare team dedicated to improving lives through reliable home medical equipment. As a Customer Service Technician, you ll deliver, set up, and educate patients on respiratory and HME (Home Medical Equipment), ensuring safety and comfort in their home environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver and set up respiratory/HME equipment using a company vehicle Instruct patients and caregivers on proper use and maintenance Complete patient visit reports and process paperwork accurately Maintain equipment and ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness Provide on-call support outside business hours Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate as needed Report safety hazards and product incidents per company policy Stay current on product knowledge and reimbursement procedures Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Valid driver s license and clean-shaven face for N95 mask compliance Must pass medical evaluation and respirator fit testing Strong communication (written/verbal), organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team Comfortable with basic math, documentation, and using Microsoft Office Mechanically inclined and able to lift 25 lbs Physical & Safety Requirements: Frequent driving, lifting, and interaction with patients Exposure to contagious environments and use of PPE required SRG offers flexible staffing solutions with a national presence.
