We currently have an opening for a Top-notch Residential Service Plumber to join our growing team. Pay: Up to $90,000 annually, depending on experience Work Hours: 7:30 - 5:00, some evenings, weekends and holidays Qualifications and Essential Functions: • Valid Drivers License • Insurable Driving Record • 5 years of residential experience preferred • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills • Detail-oriented, organized • Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes • Willing to work in all types of weather • Considerable knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the plumbing trade • Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work • Well organized and ability to work independently • Knowledge of Plumbing Code • Knowledge of diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques • Ability to install water heaters, toilets, disposals and faucets • Ability to service common residential plumbing equipment • Basic understanding of gas a plus • Perform drain cleaning of branch lines and main lines • Ability to use leak detection equipment • Ability to service light commercial systems is a plus • Ability to properly care for and operate jetters and mini excavators is a plus Why work for Dependable Service Plumbing and Air?
