As an Entry Level Customer Service & Sales Associate, here are your responsibilities: * * * Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to SMBs. * Understand clients' specific needs and introduce tailored solutions. * Schedule product presentations and demos with the sales team. * Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through follow-ups and strategic communication. * Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in the B2B space. * Track customer interactions using CRM tools. * * Below are qualifications and skills you need for the Entry Level Customer Service & Sales Associate role: * At least 1 year of B2B sales or business development experience (preferred). * Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills. * Passionate for building relationships with the B2B industry. * Comfortable with cold calling, email marketing, and various prospecting activities. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. * Good computer proficiency (familiarity with CRM tools is a plus)
