We’re looking to hire a Guest Services Specialist for our client who is an American cryptocurrency exchange company. In this role, you will join the Workplace Experience Team to provide a First Class Office Reception Experience, creating an inviting environment for Employees, Guests and Vendors. This is a 12 month opportunity. The role is located in San Francisco, CA and is fully onsite. Hourly Pay: $27hr. Responsibilities: As the Guest Services Specialist , you will oversee Reception and Visitor Registration, serving as the primary point of contact for Employees and Visitors, ensuring a great first impression with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Monitor the Office Space and Reception to be sure it remains clean, neat and tidy. Report all janitorial and maintenance needs. Employee Experience & Support Services: Monitor and respond to tickets, emails, and Slacks, routing requests appropriately. Provide administrative support for the Workplace Experience Team including organization and management of office supplies, and meeting coordination. Requirements: 1 years of experience in Hospitality and/or Reception type roles. Excellent customer service skills with a pleasant and calm demeanor. Previous experience with Event Assistance. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Substantial knowledge and experience using Google suite and Slack. College Degree preferred.
