Insight Global is looking for a Call Center Representative for a healthcare insurance company in Boca Raton, FL. This person will be responsible for educating potential clients about the insurance options available to them during the open enrollment period. Responsibilities: Customer Assistance: Answer incoming calls from customers regarding healthcare insurance plans, coverage options, and enrollment procedures. Enrollment Support: Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring they understand their choices and complete necessary documentation accurately Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing clear and accurate information Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions Compliance: Ensure all interactions comply with company policies, healthcare regulations, and privacy standards Education: Educate customers on plan benefits, coverage details, and any changes to their existing plans Communication: Communicate effectively and empathetically with customers, demonstrating patience and understanding. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service call center environment Previous experience in the healthcare insurance industry specifically during the open enrollment process Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure Basic knowledge of healthcare insurance plans and terminology Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications Compensation: $15/hr to $22/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
