Your Day-to-Day Adventures: Answering phone calls with a smile. Responding to emails and website inquiries. ️ Scheduling and dispatching our amazing electricians. Coordinating schedules with our valued customers. ️ Resolving any customer scheduling hiccups. ️ Keeping everyone in the loop – letting customers and techs know about schedules and any delays. Following up on calls that went to our answering service. ✍️ Responding to online reviews. Sending out thank you cards to our customers. Making outbound calls to schedule maintenance.
