Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Customer Service Representative located in South Milwaukee, WI. The representative will handle day-to-day tasks including assisting clients with insurance inquiries, processing insurance claims, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and phone etiquette. This is not an insurance sales position. Qualifications Property, Casualty license (within 30 days of hire) - If not already licensed, we pay for the week-long study class and exam fee.
