At Triangle, you're not just an employee-you're part of the family. Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To: Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems. Conduct sewer line cleaning and repairs, as well as water service replacements. Diagnose and educate customers on plumbing deficiencies and recommend appropriate solutions. Perform hydronic heating work, including maintenance and troubleshooting for both commercial and residential. Adhere to all safety standards and company protocols. Drive a company-provided vehicle to job sites and communicate with clients professionally. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Required Qualifications: Active Journeyman Plumber license (Philadelphia license is a plus). Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Physically able to bend, walk, crawl, climb ladders, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to educate clients. Experience in hydronic heating systems. Preferred but Not Required: Backflow testing certification. Air conditioning experience. Sales training and upselling skills.
