For further information, visit www.raritanval.edu. Job Description: Raritan Valley Community College has an anticipated opening for a Manager of Non-Credit Allied Health & Workforce Operations. The Manager of Non-credit Allied Health and Workforce Admissions reports directly to the Executive Director of Workforce Development. This is a technical service management position responsible for the development and implementation of business processes, facilities oversight, and on-going assessment of information needs related to Workforce Development programs. This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of non-credit Allied Health courses, including customized training and continuing education for healthcare personnel, adult education offered to the general public, and all non-credit certification, licensure, and professional development programs that meet individuals' needs for upgrading skills. The Manager will assess needs, prepare cost and revenue projections, and provide supervision and oversight to instructors, including work assignment and performance evaluation. The Manager will serve as liaison with State agencies, healthcare providers, and workforce partners to identify needs and opportunities. Collaboration is expected with RVCC faculty, coordinators, and college offices such as admissions, student services, financial services, IT, purchasing, and HR. In working with industry and agencies, the Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while advancing organizational goals. *Essential Duties:* Interface with Banner Student Registration system for course development, registration, and finance processes. Serve as division representative to internal user groups. Provide administrative oversight for program operations including book orders, attendance records, and compliance with policies and procedures. Serve as primary liaison for workforce career programs concerning admissions, enrollment, student services, purchasing, finance, and IT. Respond to and resolve student issues, referring to appropriate campus services when necessary. Assist the Executive Director of Workforce Development with special projects, reports, and data as required. Prepare and manage program budgets with responsibility for non-credit Allied Health continuing education revenue goals. Manage recruitment and hiring of non-credit Allied Health instructors, providing coordination and oversight of faculty and personnel. Consult with business and industry to identify training and technical assistance needs, developing responsive solutions and business contracts. Develop and deliver professional presentations to prospective clients, community organizations, and partners. Participate in advisory committee meetings, client meetings, workshops, grant projects, and networking events. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, sciences, or a related field. Minimum of five years of managerial experience in a fast-paced office environment. Prior experience in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding for Allied Health or comparable roles. Prior knowledge of non-credit Allied Health programs. A proven track record of fiscal management, personnel supervision, and successful project completion is essential. Previous experience in developing industry relationships and partnerships. Prior experience with finance and budget management. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong customer service skills will be valuable.
