As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our organization. Responsibilities: * Process payroll for a large number of employees (up to 200) using the Paycor and ADP software systems. * Reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. * Prepare and review journal entries related to payroll transactions. * Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. * Generate and distribute payroll reports to management and other stakeholders. * Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing and tax filings. * Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information and ensure data security. * Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance. * Provide exceptional customer service to employees by promptly addressing any payroll-related inquiries or issues. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - preferred, but not required. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and accounting. * Proficiency in using Paycor and ADP software systems. * Strong knowledge of payroll principles, practices, and regulations. * Experience with payroll reconciliations and journal entries. * Familiarity with timecard systems and processing. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. * Exceptional organizational and time management skills. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
