As a Senior AI Developer , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. Your expertise in AI algorithms, machine learning, and data analysis will play a crucial role in delivering intelligent systems that solve complex business challenges. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful integration of AI models into our existing systems and drive business growth through AI technologies. Responsibilities: Manage and direct processes and R&D (research and development) to meet the needs of our AI strategy. Understand company and client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help lead to solutions. Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and prioritizing key areas where AI solutions can drive significant business benefit. Build, train, and deploy ML/DL models using Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras. Fine-tune and prompt LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, LLaMA) for specific use cases. Design, develop, and optimize AI-based applications including chatbots, virtual assistants, and intelligent agents. Implement and test AI models to ensure scalability, accuracy, and performance on large datasets. Leverage Azure AI Services including: Azure OpenAI Service for GPT-based language models, Azure Bot Service and Bot Framework SDK for chatbot development, Azure Cognitive Services (Language Understanding, QnA Maker / Azure Language Service), and Azure Functions and Logic Apps for orchestration and integration. Build conversational pipelines and connect them to back-end systems (CRM, databases). Identify, source, clean, and validate large structured and unstructured datasets. Apply data mining, predictive modeling, and pattern recognition techniques. Translate complex data trends into actionable business recommendations. Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and executive stakeholders. Present progress, insights, and outcomes in clear, business-aligned terms. Provide mentorship, feedback, and technical guidance to team members. Stay current on AI knowledge, trends regulations and ethical practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is required. 5 years of experience in applying AI/ML in real-world technology solutions is required. Proven track record of delivering intelligent systems that are in production. Strong coding ability in Python ; familiarity with R is a plus. Experience with ML/DL libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras . Practical experience building and deploying ML/DL models . Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models (GPT-4, LLaMA, etc.). Working knowledge of Azure (preferred), AWS , or GCP . Hands-on with Azure AI Services including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Bot Services, Functions, and Logic Apps. Experience in building end-to-end conversational AI systems . Integration with back-end systems (CRM, APIs, databases). Proficiency with SQL , Power BI , and data analysis/statistical modeling . Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Hive . AI applications in retail, finance , or customer experience. AI ethics , fraud detection, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics. Understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs). Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics clearly. Ability to lead and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment. This role is open to remote candidates that are NOT located in the Southern California region.
