Title: Technical Support Specialist Location: Austin,TX Duration: 3 months contract, with a possibility of extension Travel: Yes; 60-80%, per diem included Payrate: $12-20/hr Must Haves: 1 year working in a desktop support role - Knowledge with Active Directory and scripting on the backend is ideal If they have worked in a “technical support” capacity then they will be able to help with the tasks they are asked to do They will be helping with the technical integrations at the Tier 1 level – nothing overly complex – help with devices and network access etc. This person needs to be customer focused first, technical skills can be minimal Great customer service/interpersonal skills – this is crucial and almost more important than the skillset as they will be the first POC for the transition into the Network Ability/willing to travel all over the US to different client sites Day-to-Day: They will go through a 2-week training period in Austin, Texas before being scheduled in person to a variety of clinics There will be a travel schedule provided well in advance to allow for proper planning There will be a per diem based on State guidelines and all of expenses will be paid directly by the client When they are not traveling, they will be doing customer service focus tasks from home or Corporate HQ if they are in Austin When onsite they will help support front and back-office employees to get their devices and systems set up to be absorbed into the company environment
