HEELS 2 Transition (H2T) offers a range of strengths based programs supporting young adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities toward a self-determined life. *Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:*High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. *Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience:*No prior arrests. Prior experience working with young adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. *Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience:*Prior experience working in a direct support care or coaching position. *Campus Security Authority Responsibilities:*Not Applicable.
