This would be * full time / 40 hours per week. * * If you are interested in this position, please Apply to this posting to Jon at Aline! * * Remote Customer Services Representative Compensation * * The pay for this position is $16.50 - $18 per Hour Depending on location and Experience * Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment * A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates * Remote Customer Services Representative Highlights * * The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday with a varied schedule * During our busy season you will be expected to work a 40-hour week and overtime when requested. * During our off season, your hours will fluctuate between 32 to 40 hours depending on client need. * NO WEEKEND SHIFTS! Monday through Friday only! * Need to be flexible to work an 8-hour shift between 7AM-8PM. * Remote Customer Services Representative Responsibilities * · Quickly build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner by identifying and exceeding expectations by responding in a respectful, accurate, timely manner, consistently meeting commitments via phone, email, and instant message. · Ability to customize customer service approach to meet all types of member communication styles and personalities while maintaining professionalism, and diplomacy during difficult calls. · Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws and company data security requirements. · Skillfully translate health and welfare and pension terms, complex plan information and processes into simple explanations and instructions that customers can understand and act upon. · Read and understand clients plan documents and online knowledgebase tools while collecting relevant information to determine immediate requests/questions and to anticipate the future needs of the member. *Remote Customer Services Representative Requirements* * High School Diploma or GED * Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days *Remote Customer Services Representative* *Preferences* · Call Center Experience · Any Experience handling Phone Calls If you think this position is a good fit for you, please apply to this posting!
