Main Job Responsibilities of the Customer Service Team Member: * Provide exceptional frontline customer support to customers, ensuring positive and professional interactions. * Address customer issues with empathy and efficiency, aiming for first-call resolution. * Provide precise details on offerings, policies, and procedures, assisting customers with processes to ensure comprehensive understanding. * Proactively escalate complex customer issues to relevant teams with clear documentation for effective resolution. * Meticulously log all customer interactions in the CRM, detailing inquiry nature, resolution steps, and outcome, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. * Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction with issue resolution and address any remaining concerns, building strong relationships. * Collaborate with the Creative Collaborations team to share knowledge and best practices, fostering a positive team environment and consistent service. * Participate in Creative Collaborations and client training to improve product knowledge, customer service skills, and understanding of policies and procedures relevant to the Durham market. Stay current on updates. Minimum Qualifications for the Customer Service Team Member: * High School diploma or equivalent. Some college education or an Associate's degree is a plus. * Proven experience in customer service, or a related field, with a demonstrated passion for providing excellent customer service, preferably within the telecommunications industry. * Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals and build rapport with customers. * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to analyze customer issues, identify root causes, and provide appropriate solutions in a timely and professional manner. * Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and communication tools (phone, email, chat), with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and follow up on customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. * Customer-focused team member with a positive attitude needed to exceed customer expectations.
