*Shipping & Receiving Technician (Part-Time)* *Location:* Onsite – Tulsa *Schedule:* 20 hours/week | Monday–Friday, flexible between 7 AM – 5 PM *Contract Role with Full-Time Hire Potential* We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented *Shipping & Receiving Technician* to support the Research & Development (R&D) team. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates looking for *part-time, stable work* with room to grow into a *full-time* opportunity. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the flow of critical sample materials, preparing oil blends, and organizing shipping and inventory, all within a professional, safety-driven industrial environment. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and ship samples, including pail-sized oil blends * Receive incoming materials and maintain sample/product inventories * Use company vehicle to transport items on-site * Coordinate FedEx shipping via the online portal * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse area * Document and track shipping, receiving, and inventory activity * Collaborate with lab, refinery, and customer service teams What You Bring: * Able to lift and handle 5-gallon pails (~50 lbs) and operate manual lifts * Basic computer skills (email, file folders, navigating FedEx online) * Strong organization and time management * Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset * Valid driver’s license (for on-site vehicle use only) Preferred Background: * *Minimum:* High school diploma and relevant work experience * *Preferred:* Bachelor's degree (Chemistry or related field) * Experience in laboratory, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or refinery environments (1–5 years preferred) Schedule & Flexibility: * *20 hours/week*, Monday–Friday * Flexible schedule options (e.g., 8 AM–12 PM, 7 AM–11 AM, or 12 PM–4 PM) * *Potential to convert to full-time* based on performance and business needs *Ready to join a growing team with flexible hours and career potential?* Apply today for this exciting part-time Shipping & Receiving Technician role!
