Our client is seeking an experienced Smart Buildings Leader to define and implement smart building standards across a diverse portfolio, including office, retail, residential, and healthcare assets. This role will oversee the strategy, integration, and performance of systems such as BMS/BAS, CMMS, access control, smart parking, and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in building automation and network infrastructure, with a strong track record in driving smart technology adoption and operational efficiency across complex real estate environments. Key Focus Areas: • Develop and govern OT standards and roadmaps • Lead integration of building systems and campus networks • Manage smart tech across new developments and existing assets • Collaborate across tech, design, and operations teams 7 years’ experience in OT or smart buildings required.
