Responsibilities: • Perform a wide variety of duties including order processing, credit adjustments, field service, national accounts program, and all merchandising. • Managing order processing for customers using proprietary order-entry systems. • Work with customers, sales reps and sales management over the phone and email. • Work with our technical support and collection personnel to expedite orders and resolve customer problems. Requirements: • Experience in the security or manufacturing industry is preferred. • Microsoft Office including; Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred. • Great follow up skills. • Self-starter.
